Hearing Aid benefit response:
Hearing Aid “Advantage Plus 2”: The 24-month calendar does not reset if members purchase the optional rider. If a member used the benefit in 2024, and then purchased the rider in 2025, the 24-month timing would still apply to the use date in 2024.
