Ann Allen, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Ann joined KPWA as vice president of Care Delivery, beginning September 13, 2021. Ann is a key member of the senior leadership team and leads the regional care delivery team in partnership with Washington Permanente Medical Group. Ann is passionate about creating a positive member experience in each and every encounter and was awarded as one of Becker’s Healthcare “Rising Stars” in 2019.
Mike Vaughan, MD Executive Medical Director of Operations. Dr. Vaughan serves as executive medical director of operations for the Washington Permanente Medical Group (WPMG). He is jointly accountable, along with his health plan dyad partner, for the strategic direction of care delivery and the sustainability of clinical practice and the business. Dr. Vaughan has led and contributed to several successful value-based projects that brought more KP care to our members.
Both Ann and Dr. Vaughan will be discussing 2023 priorities and any changes for the upcoming year.
