  An overview of the Center for Accelerating Care Transformation that started last fall. The Center exists to bridge the gap between research and care delivery. This center unites research and care delivery to design, implement, evaluate, and spread initiatives that benefit patients, care teams, and the communities they serve. Presented by: Claire Allen, Manager of the Collaborative Science Division at KPWHRI and a Principal Scientist for the KP Center for Accelerating Care Transformation; Sara Brush, KPWHRI research specialist; and Senior Caucus member Starette Canada.
