Thank you so much to those who were able to join Wednesday’s ARMS luncheon.  It was really good to see people again and we hope to see more of you at our next meeting on March 21, 2023, at the Hotel Murano in Tacoma. 

The afternoon included a social hour, lunch, and organizational updates. Our featured speaker was Chris Himes-Fordyce, MD, a graduate of the Group Health Family Practice Residency and Chair of the Senior Caucus Board of Directors. Her talk, “Continuing the Journey,” was fascinating and can be viewed below.
